  • Airport Transportation Service Policy

  • Our rates may change periodically without notice.
  • Airport rates do not include 20% gratuity.
  • Airport transportation rates may increase duing rush-hour time, depending on pick-up and/or destination address.
  • Rate does not include unforeseen charges such as extra strop/destinations, extended service time, parking fees.
  • Rates do not include waiting time charges occurred due to any delay.
  • There is no charge for the first 15 minutes of waiting time. Thereafter, $15 would be charged per 15 minutes increment.
  • 20% rate increase will apply on airport transportation orders between the hours 10:00 PM through 7:00 AM.
  • Our airport transportation rates are based on one way trip on luxury 4 passenger Mercedes Benz S Class ,Lincoln Town Car or Cadillac DevIlle sedans
  • Airport transportation on full size SUV & 13 passenger vans are additional $60.00.
  • Reservations cannot be guaranteed without signed invoices.
  • 40% non refundable security deposit is due upon execution of Invoice/Contract.
  • Cancellation requires 24 hours prior notification, otherwise 100% of the total order will be charged.
  • In "NO Show" events customer forfeits 100% of total invoice.
  • Reston Coach reserves the right to outsource any reservation orders to affiliate companies due to unpredicted weather conditions, road traffic or mechanical failure or defects or any condition beyond its control.
